We want your shopping experience to be as smooth and safe as possible – from the moment you place your order until the package is in your hands. Below you’ll find all the essential information about delivery times, tracking, and what happens if there are any delays or issues.
Shipping Partners and Delivery Times
We work with reliable shipping companies to deliver your products quickly and securely – either directly to your home or to the nearest pickup point.
Processing time: Up to 3 business days after the order is completed. In many cases, the package is shipped the same day.
Delivery time: 7–12 days after processing, depending on the season, demand, and stock availability. During peak periods or when items are temporarily out of stock, delivery may take longer – but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can check the status of your shipment at any time via:

Use your order number and the email address you used at checkout to track your package in real time. Tracking information is automatically updated by the carrier.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Did you enter the wrong address at checkout?
Contact us immediately at help@bylarana.com and we’ll try to stop the order before it’s shipped.

If the order hasn’t been shipped yet: We’ll update your address with no problem.

If the order has already been shipped: We’ll contact the carrier and do our best to assist, but we can’t guarantee that the address can be changed.
We always recommend double-checking your delivery address before placing your order.
Change or Cancel Order
If you regret your purchase or want to make changes, email us as soon as possible at help@bylarana.com with the subject line “CANCEL” or “CHANGE”.
Our logistics process is partially automated and very fast. Orders placed in the evening or during weekends may be shipped before customer service has a chance to process your request.

Delayed Deliveries
In some cases, delays may occur – especially during peak seasons or periods of high carrier demand. We monitor all shipments closely and do everything we can to ensure prompt delivery.
If your delivery is significantly delayed, or if tracking hasn’t updated in several days, please contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.
Wrong Item or Missing Delivery
If you’ve received the wrong item, wrong size, or if something is missing – email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll fix it.

Wrong item: You won’t pay for return shipping. We’ll send you the correct item free of charge – and you can keep the incorrect one as compensation.

Missing delivery: We’ll send a new item free of charge or offer a full refund – your choice.
Unclaimed Packages
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the package will typically be delivered to the nearest pickup point. You’ll receive a message with information on where to collect it.
Packages that are not picked up within 2–5 days will be returned to us.
We recommend monitoring your tracking updates to avoid unclaimed shipments. Fees for unclaimed packages may be deducted from the refund.
Environmentally Friendly Shipping
We continuously work to reduce our environmental footprint, both in our choice of packaging and shipping routines. That’s why we consolidate orders into one shipment whenever possible.
In some cases – such as during campaigns or temporary stockouts – your order may be split into multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional shipping protection at checkout, which covers damage or loss during transit.

If the order is canceled: The shipping protection will be refunded along with your order.

If the order is returned: The shipping protection is non-refundable, as the service has already been provided. By selecting this option, you agree to these terms.
